I purchased my first ring around August 16th had it about two weeks and the stone fell off. Contacted customer support and they told me the only send the “best quality to stores” the made a one time exception and sent out a new one. I had the new one about two ish weeks and the stone fell out in it. CHEAP quality. I could purchase something off SHIEN for half the price and it would last longer.

loveeeee this ring, unforutnely the little pearl came off of mine within a week of wearing it so that is very dissapointing but however pura vida customer care is working with me on sending a new one :)
