When this ring arrived, it was too big. I completed the exchange info, printed the shipping mail and mailed it back requesting a smaller size. This was over a month ago. The replacement ring never showed up. I’ve tried to contact Pura Vida twice and they aren’t responding to me. Be warned - this might be a scam.
