I ordered 4 charms 3 weeks ago for my niece’s birthday, my items still have not arrived and I can not get anymore updates on tracking info site. I sent an email to Pura Vida 6 days ago about my order missing and have not got a response back from them to resolve this. There is no phone number to call the company either. Very disappointing I still have yet to give my niece her gift as I’m still waiting to hear something back from the company to make this right.

Harper Star and Moon Charm
I love that they have a star and moon charm, as a single charm. It was my second favorite, but it has fallen off my necklace a bunch. The clasp must be a tad faulty, and you’ll get those. It’s the only one of 4 to do this, so it’s mostly just a warning that you can get one like this.
