Disappointed in non-existent customer service. Mail gets lost, mis-delivered so I don't fault Pura Vida for that. Their terrible customer service when a problem arises is what I'm talking about. Too bad.

Like the charm, absolutely hate the necklace I bought from Pura Vida to wear it on, along with 2 alphabet charms. I usually am quite pleased with my purchases but this time, ssmh. I had to have the necklace cut off because I needed an MRI and none of us, including the physician could get it to unclasp and it was an emergency, so they cut it off. So, I'm out a necklace, the charms are useless and I'm out the money because I could not return the necklace for a refund, because I have no idea what the hospital did with it after cutting if off my neck.
