We know you want your new Pura Vida products ASAP (can’t blame you), so we’ve created a few more shipping options for you. That way we can ensure you get your package when you need it!

Note: Orders usually leave our Distribution Center within 1–2 business days after being placed. We process orders 7 days a week, but shipments only go out Monday through Friday.
Expedited & Express Shipping
Need it sooner? We got you—just keep this in mind:

Orders placed after 9 AM PT will ship the next business day.

Express orders placed before 9 AM PT should arrive by 3 PM PT the next business day.

No weekend delivery on expedited or express options.

Signature is required for express and expedited orders.

UPS will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us.
If UPS leaves a delivery note, please follow the instructions to ensure you receive your order without delay.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Pura Vida is not responsible for any duties or taxes on Canadian orders. The amount you may be charged depends on your local customs authority and the total value of your package.
We also aren’t responsible for Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) on orders over $150 CAD.
