Please note:
Items bought online cannot be returned to our physical stores at this time.
Rings and apparel products are eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
The product(s) must be within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returns/exchanges must include the original packaging.
Products must be purchased directly from our website.
If the apparel/ring item does not fit, you can exchange it for the right size. Click here for our exchange process.
All other products except bulk bracelets, bracelet club, engraving styles, personalization styles, and sale items (have a sale price on the website) are eligible for returns only.
Please also note that during sales or promotions:
Any items purchased are final sale — no returns/exchanges.
Selected items purchased between now and Christmas that are NOT PURCHASED DURING SALE are eligible for a 60-day return/exchange timeframe.
After Christmas, the policy goes back to our standard 30-day return/exchange timeframe.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policies.
