How can I track my order?
Unfortunately we do not use tracking numbers due to the light weight of our packages. Your bracelets were shipped through USPS and should arrive within 10 days of placing your order.
My order still says “processing.” What does that mean?
Your order status can remain "processing" for up to 1 business day. Once shipped, your status will change to "complete". Please be patient with the mail system as we cannot control the postal service!
My bracelet broke after only a few times wearing it. What do I do?
Please send us a photo of your broken bracelet to puravidaquestions@gmail.com, along with your shipping address, and we will be more than happy to send you a replacement.
How do I receive my "Fresh, New Bracelet" that the flyer mentions?
All you have to do is upload a photo to our Facebook wall of you wearing your new bracelets. Simply email the link to puravidaquestions@gmail.com and we will send out your FREEBIE! :)
How do "Pura Vida Points" work?
On the website you will see that each bracelet is worth a certain amount of points. For every dollar you spend, 10 Pura Vida points is credited to your account. So, for every 100 points you apply toward on your next purchase, $1 is automatically taken off your total in your shopping cart. Make sure to save up those points and use them on items you've been waiting for!
The item that I want is out of stock. When will it be back up on the site?
We try to restock all of our items within 2 weeks of when they sell out. Please keep checking back on our website and Facebook page for updates.
I received the wrong bracelet in the mail or one is missing from my order. What do I do?
Please email puravidaquestions@gmail.com letting us know which bracelets were incorrect and we will be happy to send out the correct style.
I won a contest on Facebook / Instagram. How do I claim my prize?
Please email your shipping address to puravidabracelets@gmail.com to claim your prize!
How do I submit a new charity idea?
Please email any charity bracelet ideas to puravidabracelets@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
