They have been around the longest and are fully licensed in California, Indiana, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas. The Independent Adoption Center’s main focus is on counseling and support.




Can you adopt? The Independent Adoption Center (IAC) has no exclusive policies and gives the birthparents the right to choose a family for their child. The IAC has no ethnic/racial, religion, age, sexual orientation, marital status, gender identity or expression restrictions for prospective adoptive parents.
