The Surfrider Foundation… What Are They All About?

Most of our fans and customers know that Pura Vida donates 1% of every bracelet sold to the Surfrider Foundation through 1% for the Planet.  The Surfrider Foundation is dedicated to protecting and preserving beaches and oceans worldwide. They have over 50,000 members and have completed over 140,000 hours of volunteer work.  Our partnership is very important to us because we have always grown up around the water- surfing, swimming, laying on the beach with friends, catching sand-crabs, the works- so we are strongly committed to keeping the beaches, oceans, and waves around the world well-kept and beautiful so everyone can enjoy them as much as we have.  Just thought we would make a special shout-out today to The Surfrider Foundation and their amazing cause.
